The heater consists of a mat attached with adhesive to the bottom of the antenna. The mat is covered by a 1 cm insulation layer made of white silicone in order to force the heat going through the antenna up to the radome. The thermostate is set to 25 deg. The old equipment for snow melting (fan system)has been removed.
