This web page shows the GNSS networks and projects supported by M3G.
- International GNSS networks/projects:
M3G is the official provider of GNSS station metadata for the
- EUREF Permanent Network (EPN), coordinated by the EPN Central Bureau at the Royal Observatory
of Belgium
- EPOS-GNSS station network, coordinated by the Royal Observatory of Belgium
- EPN densification project, coordinated by the Satellite Geodetic Observatory, Lechner Nonprofit KFT.
In addition, M3G also provides information on the external GNSS networks to which a station contributes or
projects in which the station data are used. This is the case for the following external network:
- International GNSS Service (IGS) network, coordinated by the IGS Central Bureau
and the following project:
- EUMETNET EIG GNSS water vapour programme (E-GVAP), coordinated by the Danish Meteorological
Institute
- Local/national networks:
Local or national GNSS networks are networks that group a number of stations operated by one agency or being part of a
national GNSS network.
- Virtual networks:
Virtual networks are set up by the M3G administrator at the request of a group of station managers. They allow
to indicate in M3G a set of GNSS stations focusing on a common objective e.g., the VOLC virtual network
including GNSS stations around volcanoes.
